Durham, NC, October 25-26th, 2012 We set up on a crisp October morning at the beautiful Washington Duke Inn for the start of the NC FBINAA Fall Conference ( FBI National Academy Associates). It was an exciting time as we shook hands, greeted new faces, welcomed old friends, and received an all-round warm welcome to the annual fall event. As the conference kicked off, stories were shared, important topics discussed, and new offerings from Forum were shown.
Although this was the first time the FORUM Law Enforcement Line was presented to the NCFBINAA, George Weiss, our Carolinas rep, has been active with this group for many years. George was honored at the conference with an award in recognition of his dedication, relationships, and service to the NC FBINAA community over the last many years. We appreciate this recognition, and intend to honor it as we grow our relationships with the FBINAA. The FORUM Line was greeted with much enthusiasm and interest, and we began conversations that have led to meetings, wear tests, and other important developments. As the conference drew to a close, Forum added many newfriends and strengthened relationships in these exciting early days for our Gore-Tex and Windstopper product line.
