Do FORUM-DIRECT® jackets have a "zip in liner" option?
No. Our new layering system, along with the latest technology in fabrics allows you to purchase, only the pieces you need for your conditions. You no longer have to purchase a multi purpose jacket that does not fit if you take the liner out or have to replace the jacket when pieces are detached and misplaced.

Do
Is there a local retailer that caries FORUM-DIRECT® products?
FORUM-DIRECT® does not contract with retailers, dealers or distributors. All orders are placed directly with the factory in San Antonio and your order is processed and delivered directly to you. All customization requests are communicated to the production team and your garments are hand crafted for you. We do not allow 3rd party application of emblems, name tape, badge tabs, embroidery, etc. We take quality of service serious and want to be sure your experience with a garment from FORUM-DIRECT is a good one.

Why can’t I buy a GORE-TEX® jacket from W. L. Gore and Associates?
GORE-TEX and WINDSTOPPER fabrics are the primary components in the garments made by FORUM-DIRECT. W. L. Gore and Associates makes the fabrics that holds the industry standard in waterproofness and breathability. All garments made from these high-tech fabrics are made by manufacturers like FORUM-DIRECT.

Do
Why is FORUM-DIRECT the only manufacturer that is selling the new light weight GORE-TEX technology?
First of all the new lighter weight fabrics that are more breathable from Gore are more expensive than the previous generations. Other manufacturers licensed by Gore for Law Enforcement products have the same access to the fabrics as does FORUM-DIRECT. Our prices are already much less than the competition without factoring in the higher priced laminates. Other qualified manufacturers choose not to make products from the new fabric because by selling through their distribution networks, they simply cannot compete with our price.
