TAMMY VANTINE, MONTANA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, ROADS
The clothing helps, I tried a couple different combinations. Wearing the top and not the bottom and then reversed to decide if there was a definite wind deferent. The clothing helps, I would say by at least 50%. Our weather is pretty harsh. I put the clothing on with winds between 10 to 30 MPH and temperatures below -10 to -30, wind chills varying. I do recommend wearing a layer of thermal between the clothing and your skin, this helps with the warmth.
Thank you for allowing me to try out with clothing.
